Hi everyone.
My boyfriend and I have an account together. It has been active for years. Currently, we are unable to log in. I have the correct username and password, but i keep getting a message that says "Oops something went wrong"
We are very active in the community and host parties at our home. I am not sure what is going on or how to resolve the issue. Additionally, we have a lifetime membership. I am not sure if that makes any difference.
Any tips would be super helpful
