Leaving a review/validation for single males

Met a great single male this weekend via 3fun who is a newbie to the lifestyle, mid 40's, divorced, checked all the boxes and was a pleasure to meet with. He also performed very well. Gave him some tips and advice on how the scene works and he dove into creating his first profile on our local site. Hoping to give him a great first validation and looking for tips on what would make the most impact for him to find succes as a single male.
We've typically met more highly experienced single males and never thought twice about it, but this one seems special and a good addition to the scene.
