Swingers vs nudists

I'm new to the lifestyle and I've found that I love being nudes in a public setting. I also want to have sex with my wife in public. I want to watch others in the same setting. All that said, I'm not really that interested in swapping.
In looking for places to go, I've noticed that most places that claim to be "nudist" seem to discourage open sex. Am I missing something? Why does there seem to be a wall between nudists and swingers? Am I just doomed to be somewhere in between the two camps?

Secrets resort in Kissimmee Florida. Monday through Thursday are generally more nudist oriented, especially during the day. Friday to Sunday, especially on party weekends are swingers
