Post Body

We have some amazing events coming up, we try and manage life around the great events in the calendar… life it’s too short NOT to!

I have to have a major shoulder arthroscopy. Sling for 6 weeks. 6 weeks of getting my range of motions back with heavy rehab and another 2 months of continual rehab.

If anyone has had anything like this.. is it fair to say that when the sling comes off I should be good to go… or is that wishful/stupid thinking.

Sadly, I can’t ask the Dr when I’ll be ‘orgy ready’, and the shoulder surgery subreddits will think I’m … well… you know!!

🤦🏻‍♂️

You'll need at least six months before you get the majority of your function back, if not closer to a year. You can keep that time as short as possible by putting in as much effort as possible during rehab. Keep that shoulder moving to avoid adhesive capsulitis.

Other than that, it just takes time.
