I’m 53 F and attending my first house party tomorrow night. My partner and I have been progressing with desires of getting into the LS but he can’t go to this party and we haven’t had any opportunities yet. He is encouraging me to go solo so that I can just let go, enjoy, and experience sex with others for the first time and get comfy out of my comfort zone. And of course he wants to hear all the stories, see any videos, etc.

Any advice? I don’t know what to wear, how to start mingling, and really just how to NOT be awkward. It’s BYOB… do I walk in with a bottle of wine? I’m overthinking every little thing. How do I turn someone down that I don’t connect with? What if everyone is much younger? What if no one finds me attractive? I want to go, but I’m so damn anxious about it. Advice? Throw it all at me!
