So we mostly meet couples through a local swingers site. We bring people to telegram to text and share pics and see if we are all interested. As you all know it takes time to find people this way and there’s a lot of fakes and rude people you have to get through. Then everyone is different as to making a group chat. Looking for a first drinks date or a date with possibility for more etc and we’re flexible for those things. But what seems to happen a lot is we connect everyone gives the green light but we can’t coordinate a time that works for all of us in the coming 2 weeks. So we usually leave it with a let’s get in touch in a few weeks to try and find a time. Then we find we’re always the ones to follow up. No one ever comes back to us. And it’s rare for us to actually meet them. Most of our meets happen when it works out within a week or two of the initial conversation. We used to not mind following up but after another try or two if they don’t contact us we feel like they aren’t as interested and then we lose interest. I can’t decide if that’s the right approach or if we should keep trying to make a date. Especially if we see them posting speed dates on the site it lets me know they are still looking and wonder why they didn’t even try to see if we were available. Do they just forget about us. Were they not really interested. Other thoughts?
