PARIS: Why doesn't anyone ever talk about Club Eleven?

There is a lot of talk of the "big three" clubs in Paris. Endless with this, that, and the other. But never any mention of a hyper-local, hyper-young Club Eleven. Why? Never been but looking for someone who has been on a saturday or a friday. I don't think there is much english going on there, but just lots of locals (is this true?)
would be very good to get someone's take.
