Heading to Colorado this week and was curious if anyone has been on a Thursday night. Curious if it’s worth going or is it dead?
Of all the times we've been there--easily over 100 at this point--I think we've encountered someone that was mean or disrespectful MAYBE twice. Other than those isolated experiences, everyone we've ever met there has been lovely.
That's a good point I forgot to mention! I think they open at 6, but even on weeknights, the fun doesn't usually start until 9 or later. On weekends, we don't even get there till a little after 10.
We used to go to the Ranch ALL THE TIME. Like others have said, it'll likely be pretty slow on a weeknight, but we have had a lot of luck meeting some fun people even on slow nights. So I'd say it's possible that it's worth it.
I don't know how far you'll be, but we have, on occasion, driven by first to see how full the parking lot is and used that to determine whether we wanted to go or not.
Sorry there likely isn't a more solid answer! We wish the SR would have some online component like so many other clubs have, where you can see who's bought tickets for that night, or at least shown interest in going.
Been there, done that! I think we once had a eightsome going on in one of them!

It's very close to us, so we used to be regulars there. We've slowed down a lot since covid simply because we've become more involved in some lifestyle groups that host some pretty fun parties, but we still try to go to the Ranch at least every couple months.
