Best City/regions for swinging?

New to swinging but not to ENM and my wife and I find it best to travel when we want to play. So I'm thinking about buying a vacation house in a great swinging area just for this. Any thoughts? I'm not a huge fan of FL which I'm assuming multiple places are ideal.
