As the title says, I'm looking for advice, tricks, etc. I've recently hit a wall where after the first orgasm, my libdo comes crashing down. I'm talking full on energy drops, desire to do anything drops. Sad to admit the feeling i get inside is very similar to the "roll over and go to sleep" joke. And it's not like I don't want to keep participating. I still want to engage in the fun, I for sure feel that. I'm also not a "marathon" guy when it comes to this either, so I really want to get back in there to keep performing as i know i don't last as long as alot of other guys do. But my body is just going into a sleep mode. It's not getting hard again that's a problem. It's getting that energy and desire back. It'll only come back a while later, like an inconvenient while lol. I know it's natural as you age, but I'm not that old yet, and I still want to keep having fun if we playing. But I can't figure out what to try.

Delay intercourse with longer foreplay. Edge some, fuck, eat, fuck eat.
How's your personal health? If you're not in decent shape with cardio, your body probably isn't capable of going multiple times in a single session. I know it's made a huge difference in my sexual performance, and I'm past 40 🤷♂️
Of course, there's always Viagra/Cialis, too.

Yeah, muscles don't help much when it comes to sexual endurance; that's entirely a cardio thing. But honestly, meds really help, too.
