Hey everyone, posted earlier and thanks for all responses, and gave me a lot to think about.

So will discuss situation and just want general feedback.

Again as previously mentioned, just starting in LS. We are a married couple in our 40’s, with kids ages ranged 1-16. Our house is busy, our life is busy.

We have met with 1 couple and had fantastic chemistry that this will be an ongoing thing every couple of weeks. We have a daily chat going on between everyone. When we started, we said we wanted to find couples that we vibe with. We are on SH, and slowly opening up. My wife now just wants to chat, and I want to build those relationships with other couples. We are going to explore clubs out of our town. But locally we live in a smaller Northern Ontario town in Canada. My wife is leary of joining local couples, just because it’s a smaller city and we both work in very public jobs.

The issue is I find the chat fizzles off fast. We aren’t looking for a quick bang, more of a circle of friends that we can play with, but understand that we are busy, and we don’t just want to hang, but want those friend connections. Any ideas how to foster that communication with other couples and to have it not die off fast?
