Never been to Temptations, but The Loft definitely seemed to draw a classier and more attractive crowd than Caligula on my visits so that would be my recommendation. Especially if you can get there on a night that they are hosting a groups party.
MFB is a fun crowd for sure--sexy, fun loving people but probably a bit more LS party than LS play. Both are great, just know which you're looking for.
