The wife and I were wondering this afternoon - how does one get into this? Is there a way to do it and actually turn a profit? What are some tips and no-no's?

I see others here claiming it’s not possible to turn a profit, and I’d say most of them are true.
But… if you happen to live in a top 5 US metro area or a high end/high volume tourist location then I think it’s very possible.
Disclaimer: I don’t currently make my living in this manner but I know those who do and I’m intimately familiar with the economics and numbers.
Yeah we had people try that shit with our friends circle and we noped the fuck out. I’m not gunna pay to hang out with people at their house. I will however bring lots of alcohol, sex toys, and weed.
