So, question for the crowd. I would imagine that the vast majority of the swinging crowd would consider themselves as extroverts. For the introverts out there, how do you balance your needs and desires with the lifestyle?
What was your first experience like?

I'd argue that most swingers are introverts, most seem pretty shy about approaching in a club anyway.
You just learn to do it.
I'm an introvert myself (although I'm pretty confident and can masquerade as an extrovert)... it's just like any other social environment, except you have a partner with you to encourage and support you.
My fiancee and I hype each other up and work together to go talk to people and break the ice.

Fair. Often they go hand in hand, but not always.
I'm an introvert with social anxiety, not sure if I'd say shy. (I learned a long time ago to lean into my fears, so I'm willing to take the leap and break the ice as long as my social anxiety isn't too high)
My partner is an introvert and can be indecisive about taking the plunge, but not shy. She's my social buffer when my anxiety acts up.
My wife is shy, I had to point out to her that she's not introverted.
