How you you guys do it?

With the challenges of finding quality couples to play who are a good match, there have been many comments of swingers successfully creating small groups of say 4-5 couples who have there own house parties and get to know each other and the whole dating thing is unnecessary and you can get naked with familiar people and simply fuck without all the other baggage and wasted time. How do you form or find these groups ? Love to hear your stories.
