Threesome guy etiquette question. Am I overreaching?

Post Body

So for context, wife and I have been in the overall LS since 2018. Been having threesomes with guys so we aren’t new to that.

The couples aspect is new. But that’s not the question.

We are both bi so finding a third who is a guy who is open to guy on guy play is always a bonus for us.

We started talking to this guy who is a bit younger but not super young. He claims he has never done anything with a guy. He teases he might be open.

Then on Thursday morning he messages saying he is very open to doing stuff with me. We continue the chat. We are all vibing and wanting to make plans. He seems to be checking all the right boxes. Wanting to meet first and get a feel and then maybe do stuff after.

We start sharing some good stories relevant to the LS with him today. He then texts letting us know he tried stuff with a guy Thursday night (the same Thursday he said he would be open to try with us). But it was just him and a guy, it wasn’t a couple situation.

Something about that was a big turn off for me. Like “wtf”.

  1. How is that relevant to us. Talking about a random hookup.
  2. Saying in the morning you’re interested in trying things with me to that night saying you just met a random to try things with.

And I overreacting? Is this a red flag? I mean he’s a grown person that lives his own life. But why do we need to know certain things?
