We’ve been in the LS for over 5 years and have very much enjoyed going to LS clubs…So much that when we have the time to travel, majority of the time we try to make sure that there’s a LS club that we can visit while in town. Here are a few that we have been to, things that we liked or stood out to us, & something we disliked or would change.
Our dream club: Colette Dallas with Eden OKC play area, and DEFY’s couples lol
What LS Club have you visited that was your absolute favorite??
Colette Dallas (Texas) (We have been plenty of times, and on every day of the week that they are open) Personally, our favorite.
- We absolutely love the layout of this club.
- Very diverse. All sorts of backgrounds, age, and music.
- Upscale, Classy Vibe. Majority of everyone is average-fit, but everyone is welcome.
Dislike/Change: Wish the play area had “more oomph”
Colette Austin(Texas) (We have gone twice. Friday and Saturday) * Upscale vibe * They have a group bed on the corner upstairs that you are able to see from downstairs. Pretty cool if you are into putting on a show. * So much seating.
Dislike/Change: We feel like they don’t have enough couples. We have gone on a Friday and Saturday on separate years, and we would walk around hoping the place would get more busy, but it just never happened. Regulars told us the place was a busy night, and we were very confused, just compared to other places. Maybe the place is too big for the amount of people, it just felt like everyone and everything was so spread out, which made it look and feel like slow nights.?
Eden DFW (Texas) (We have been a handful of times, on a Wednesday and Saturday) * They have a back, outdoor patio with lots of seating. * They have a shadow box by the dance floor! * They have a couple of beds outside in the patio for anyone that enjoys playing in the outdoors.
Dislike/Change: It feels like you’re hanging out in someone’s basement, or in other words, like a dive-bar (speaking of dive bars, they also have a pool table). WAY too casual for our liking, Not a sexy vibe for us.
Colette New Orleans (Louisiana) (We went once on a Saturday) * This Colette is way different from the other Colettes. It’s not as upscale looking, but still pretty neat. * Loved the Library/Lounge room that they have upstairs. Great place if you want to get away from all the party/music, but aren’t quite ready to play. Perfect spot to talk and get to know one another. * It’s located in a party town area. We stayed walking distance to the club, and to all the bars on Bourbon street, so we’re pretty sure they are constantly getting new visitors, which we love.
Dislike/Change: The layout of the first floor is weird, kinda hard to look around. The dance floor is towards the back, behind a wall. It doesn’t feel as open to where you can just scan the room, and wherever we would stand, it just felt like we were in the walk way.
Eden OKC (Oklahoma) (We went twice. Both on a Saturday) * The play rooms are great! Glory hole, St. Andrew’s Cross, several beds, etc. * The night we went, they had a wet tee-shirt contest, husband joined the ladies AND WON lol Seems like they do more interactive things. * Laid-back, chill vibe
Dislike/Change: Oklahoma has a weird alcohol law. The place is byob, but not! You have to pour your alcohol into something else, like a water bottle. That just didn’t work with us. Somehow we ended up dropping the water bottle and the lid came undone, and half of our drink was gone within 15min of being there. The second time that we went, us and our friends split the hotel cost that’s located right there, specifically for our alcohol. There is nothing the club can do about this, that’s just Oklahoma.
Trapeze (Florida) (We went once on a Friday)
- They serve food
- The play area had so many decent sized beds
- The main area has a regular club vibe, almost like you wouldn’t even know that you were in a LS club. Seating around the edge, dance floor in the middle.
Dislike/Change: Nothing to dislike or change. This is just one we didn’t love, but didn’t hate. Just basic? Lol
Defy (Florida) (We went once on a Saturday) * The people! This is where all of the attractive couples that match and go together are hiding! RARE to see so many attractive people in one place. (Attractive to us) * They have a full size shower in the playroom * The main area is pretty small, but it helps everyone stay close together and mingle.
Dislike/Change: We normally make our own drinks, and having our alcohol on us. We like it that way because we can make our drinks to our liking and not have to wait on a drink. Here, you give your stuff to the bartender. Not a deal breaker or anything, but you do spend time waiting around to get a drink.
Playhouse LV (Vegas) (We went once on a Saturday) * You have to send in a picture of yourself to get approved to go. * This club felt like a house party * People were very welcoming. Honestly don’t remember too too much about it or have anything unique that stood out. It was our first out of state club that we went to when we were brand new.
Dislike/Change: They close the entry doors 2hrs after opening and don’t allow anyone else to come in, but you can leave. As soon as that happens, everyone pretty much goes to the back playrooms. Down fall for us, if we haven’t found someone that catches our eye, party is kinda over for us. We tend to find people later on in the night, but it’s still a hit or miss depending on the night. That’s why this club does have more of a house party vibe. It just is what it is. Now with knowing how this place works, would like to go back and try it again.
Every Saturday that we have been has definitely been pretty busy. We have been meaning to try Infliction next door. San Antonio is also on the list! Hopefully we make it there sometime this year.
Crazy how much from one night to the other can change so drastically!

We didn’t go to any others in Vegas, when we were there it was between PlayhouseLV and I believe Red Rooster. Heard of it but have not done Caliente, have you? We want to try Secrets in Kissimmee, but keeping an eye on the Calendar to make sure that we can go on a iCandy party night!
