Sauna sex club in Paris

My wife and I are visiting Paris soon. We were thinking about going to a sauna sex club. Our research has identified Moon City and E’clipse as possible venues. However, the latest reviews on Google indicates that both places are dirty, with a lack of proper hygiene, in addition to a not very welcome attitude by the staff.
Can anyone who has visited either of these clubs recently confirm this (or not)? Is there any similar (better) places in this category in Paris which are recommended?
