We Only Play Within Our Race
Post Body

So, preferences are preferences. Got that.

Recently, came across a profile that stated that they only play within their race. However, later in the profile, it said looking for friends, and my immediate thought was that friendship has no color.

Yes, one may not find those outside their race attractive, but what if this person had everything you looked for in potential play partners except skin tone?

So, curious, in the LS world, do you stay within your bubble or venture out regarding potential play partners?

Agree that putting it out there in your profile is off-putting. It’s direct and blunt, but I don’t think it’s necessarily racist.

we were approached (online) by a couple from India. They were what we would consider universally attractive people, however, we were not sexually attracted to them. They could be the nicest, most genuine people in the world, but that still wouldn’t change our preferences from a looks standpoint. And in general, that’s just kinda the way we feel about people from that region of the world. We don’t have anything against them personally, but everyone isn’t everyone else’s cup of tea! I don’t think we’re racist for not wanting to play with them… 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think racism is more of a preconceived “I don’t like these people be they’re insert nationality or skin color.
