So this holiday season I have been kind of annoyed with how our usual social events didn’t align with work, kids and my wife making plans with her girls on my last weekend off before xmas.

I got blindsided with 2nd promotion at work this year and I begin my new role on jan 1.

my wife surprised me last night saying she wants to celebrate this amazing year we had entering and exploring different experiences of non monogamy and the LS, both of us having great years professionally and just really having an amazing year overall.

she went ahead and made plans with a couple on boxing day (that is our 10 year sexiversary). They were the first people we met in the LS and started exploring basically the same time we did, we had our first experiences first but haven’t actually been able to meet in person but have all been learning and sharing as we’ve explored. Kind of like a mirror of us but more geared towards MFF and we are more MFM.

She also booked us a hotel room for new years, hinted she bought something sexy and that woman we had played with previously asked if we had plans last night and she has invited her to come party with us, she is interested but has not confirmed. (we bought extra tickets to the event… pro tip always buy extra tickets).

I feel like the last couple weeks of the year are really going to wrap up an amazing year nicely.
