This is based off the game u/MistaBoomtastic originally made and posted on r/sex called Cards of Foreplay over 5 years ago. This is mine and my wife's take on it as we are not monogamist and wanted a new game to play when we had guests over. Whether it be an ice breaker or someone we've known for years.

This is based off our kinks, and what we are comfortable doing. It can be adapted to fit any style of relationship or kinks including monogamy (Don't use dice). The way we made it is for multiple couples and/or a third person. We also made it is easy to adapt the game for example is if you're not comfortable with same sex interactions don't roll when the same sex draws a card. Don't like some of the actions we selected? Have a discussion between your players and choose something you're all comfortable with. There's fun to be had with everyone. If you made changes let us know how it went!

All that is needed to play is the game sheet, a deck of cards, timer and a blindfold in our case.

To play you start with a full deck in the middle of the group. Roll a die to see whom goes first and go clockwise. Draw top card, read corresponding action and perform. Place used card into separate pile. When it requires a second player everyone will roll a die and lowest number is chosen. If the lowest number is rolled by multiple people they re-roll; lowest number is chosen. No touching of other players unless directed by card. Do not remove clothes unless directed by card. All players must start with at least 5 pieces of clothing; hats and shoes do not count. If the act is restricted by clothes, place the card in the middle of the deck and draw again. Game ends when all cards have been used.

Faced Cards

Hearts

• Ace - Masturbate in front of everyone for three minutes. You are not allowed to have an orgasm.
• King - Remove an item of clothing from another player in a sexual way.
• Queen - Tell every player what you think is their sexiest attribute is.
• Jack - Blindfold other player and do what you want with them for three minutes.

Spades

• Ace - Play with another player in the 69 position for five minutes.
• King - Remove an item of clothing. The other player decides which one.
• Queen - Bend all players over and spank them three times.
• Jack - Try to make the another player orgasm in under three minutes by any means necessary.

Diamonds

• Ace - Let another player perform a sexual favor of their choice on you for three minutes.
• King - Remove item of clothing off another player using only your teeth.
• Queen - All players have a group make out session for two minutes.
• Jack - Blindfold another player and do what you want with them for five minutes.

Clubs

• Ace - Play with another player in the 69 position for three minutes.
• King - Remove item of clothing from another player while blindfolded.
• Queen - Take a sexy group photo with all players.
• Jack - Try to make your another player orgasm in under three minutes using only your hands and mouth.

Numbered Cards

• 2) Remove an item of clothing (If you have no clothes on return card to middle of deck and draw again)
• 3) Perform sexual act of your choice on another player while you or someone else records video for 30 seconds
• 4) Kiss a player of your choice on the neck for 30 seconds
• 5) You're fucked! Everyone plays with you sexually for three minutes
• 6) Let another player take a sexy photo of you. They decide how you should pose. (Remove any clothing at your discretion)
• 7) Everyone takes a shot
• 8) Perform oral on another player for 60 seconds
• 9) Make out with another player for 60 seconds
• 10) Skip your turn and take a shot
