I cringe when I hear the word. I’m just a decently hung, bi-curious, early 30s guy looking to play with a male-female couple where ultimately all three of us get the satisfaction we need. Whether I’m playing with just her or possibly both.
My question is: what on earth do I call myself on apps/postings without sounding like a major douchebag?

I would just write it exactly as you have it there. Maybe also add GGG (just learned that yesterday) lol I/we stay away from self proclaimed "bulls" also.
