First timer here.. We had our first couples experience earlier tonight and my dick didnât perform as I thought it would. I took 5mg Cialis yesterday and it came up and stayed hard when I had sex with my wife. So I took 5mg about 4 hours before meeting up with the other couple today.

Cialas isnât an as needed pill and 5mg isnât going to help. You need to try Sildenifil (generic viagra & start at 25mg then go up to 50 or 100mg if needed).
My husband takes 50 mg when we plan on playingâŚbut only like an hour before we play, not 4. Oh, and itâs the generic form of viagra. Only had had an issue with it when heâs freaked out about something, but other than that, itâs more than enough to keep him super hard and go multiple times during the night.
