Legality aside, has anyone ever traded sexual relationship for a discounted agreement on rent?

Obviously the legality and morality is blurry and closer to a prostitution related topic, but perhaps people have become friends with property owners and worked out a deal amongst friends. This seems doubtful because it would put the business owner at extreme risk.
This has no connection to a real life situation, just theorizing about it and wondering if anyone has any stories about it.
