We're in full speed since we started a few months ago and we have booked at least 4 weekends in the next two months. There will be more for sure. We'll gonna be in another town for a Christmas xxx-party at a club. I see a few couples will attend the party. Is it reasonable to set a small encounter (pre party) in our hotel room before we go to the club? Like 4-5 couples? Or are people too tired to play before and at the club? My thought is to schedule the pre party 15.00-20.00 hrs. The club opens at 21.00. Should I mention food and BYOB? Get your own condoms? What would YOU like to do? Getting an invitation for playing or skip it and go only to the club? Or better to have an after party the day after? What's more to think about that I missed?

Are you inviting people you know? If not, your expectations are way high that 4-5 couples who don’t know you and have paid money anyway to play at a club will show up to party with you beforehand.
I would go to the club and then if you meet people you are into, invite them to play more at your hotel room.
