So my wife and I started playing solo. We have been swingers for a while now and still play with couples. One couple we play with is the couple that started us on this path. We play in separate rooms with them. And frankly we prefer separate room play over same room. Same room play is so distracting for my wife and I. We want to be able to concentrate on our sexual partners instead of what’s going on with all 4 people in the same room. The sex is so much better and more sensual when we play in separate rooms. We have complete trust in one another. We tell each other about our plans, keeping each other in the loop. I know who she’s playing with and vice-versa. There’s no jealousy. Of course these partners are told that it’s only sex and only for fun. Anyone else with similar experiences?
We started playing solo in June and it’s been a fun but crazy roller coaster! We share the same feelings that group play can be a bit distracting and it’s difficult to focus on the other person.
All I can say is communication is the key. If we didn’t have the communication we have, I don’t think we would have been successful in any solo play.
