Kasidie Certified vs Paid features?

The get certified page says you can do more by just being certified plus you can see more profiles. The free uncertified account is pretty limited to seeing basic profile pics and info. Does certification actually allow you to view profiles even without a paid account? Does certification actually show you more profiles? What do you get if you buy up to a paid account from a certified account?
