Tabu Hallow Swing Dress Code

We're attending Hallow Swing at Tabu in Catonsville, MD next Saturday, 10/14 and we're wondering if the standard dress code applies at all? Specifically, do men have to wear collared shirts? I assume not, especially if in costume, and there's a lot of painting involved so no collar or buttons would be easier and faster. But, of course it would suck to do all this painting and then have to wear some other shirt due to dress code so just want to be sure.
I did try calling but there's no answer and I don't see anything on the event link. Will try again later but would like to start working on the shirt today if possible.
