The wife and I are just starting out. We have a trip planned to New Orleans and would like to try out this club. Not sure if we would play there or not, but definitely would go to people watch.

That being said, as New as we are I have some questions about the club itself that I have not seen the answers to...

1. The Wednesday night newbie party looks interesting. What is the vibe like? Is it just a bunch of pie eyed New people and nothing happens? I have no idea what to expect. Should we start there? Or, go another night?

2. What is the crowd like? Is it Uber fit folk? We are mid 40s and pleasantly plump. Do we even stand a shot at some interesting people talking to us there? I can say neither she or I are interested in super models. I find ordinary ladies with extra hand holds extremely attractive. Something about the dichotomy of regular people who like to get freaky I guess....

Those are my 2 questions for now I guess. We have a room a few blocks away for Wednesday the 4th and Thursday the 5th. Anyone going then?
