I ran across an interesting post on FB with regard to how to handle another couple being “weirded out” by concealed carry and how to deal with it.

I generally carry concealed most any time I’m away from home. I don’t advertise it. In fact it’s very “need to know” for me. After carrying for 4 years, I can count the number of people who know I carry on two hands.

My question is this:

If play is not a foregone conclusion - maybe it’s a first time meet - and you carry on-body, what is your approach? Do you also keep it mum? If so, at what point might you say something? If not at all and play is imminent, what is your strategy to keep it on the down-low?
