Are there many college couples in the lifestyle/communities?

Fiancé and I live in close proximity to a decent amount of college campuses, and we’ve had some fun banter back and forth about how much fun it would be to connect with a young, hot, college couple and do something like just go to their dorm/apartment etc and go crazy with them and leave them wondering what just hit them 😇 has anybody encountered anything even close to this? And if so, how was the connection found/built? (We are 33M 30F btw, not that it matters) Comments welcome but DMs are preferred
