Hi! I'm looking for advice on getting over my fears that I have with my girlfriend. I am a very committed monogamous person and when I met my girlfriend, she had mentioned her past with swinging, especially with her exes.

And this is definitely an irony, but she said she is comfortable in sharing me with another woman, to which I feel more comfortable with. Perhaps it's the idea of what feels like cuckold to me that gets me heated up.

My ask is what can I do to feel comfortable with swinging or even having a MMF threesome? I feel like it's unfair to her that I want a MFF threesome but totally against having another man involved.
