Nude cruise questions

I’m planning on booking a carnival cruise for the bare adise event which is around 14 days. I never been to one of these “events” and I have a couple of questions
1) how is it like on the ship and what is appropriate clothing besides being naked
2) what is the typical age range for a bare adise cruise/ nude cruise? I’m also interested in the demographic as I will be going alone!
