So, I mentioned the wife and I had our first LS experience over the weekend at a club. We soft swapped with two couples and it was head-spinningly wonderful!

My wife mentioned that one of the guys kept commenting on how beautiful she was. She actually found it a little distracting. She didn’t know if he thought she needed the affirmation (she doesn’t) or if he thought it would help him get further with her (not sure it helped or hurt). To be fair, her love language is NOT words of affirmation.

I told her that he probably just thought she was stunning and wanted her to know he appreciated her beauty. I heard him compliment her and I thought it was considerate and made me believe he didn’t take her for granted.

But then I realized I did some of the same with the two women I was with. I commented on their beauty, their soft skin, and one of the women’s full, soft lips after we kissed. Not often, but a couple of compliments each.

So, ladies… do you like being complimented like this or does it confuse or distract you?
