Advice on how to find another couple or male? First time

33M and 32F couple here. We fantasize about MFM or swinging but never tried it. Wife does not want it in o be a set up or “finding” someone. She is more of the mindset that if it happens naturally, we go with it. Any tips or advice on how to initiate this if we’re casually out at a club?
