I (39M) feel like I've been designated the online communicator when messaging with other couples on apps or websites. My wife (36F) never really engages. I've found that I'm typically always messaging with the other male half, at least initially. I'll show my wife conversations and profiles, but it's always sort of just me responding to messages. In real life, the whole dynamic switches and she becomes the talker who really carries the direction of the conversation. It seems like this is the case for a lot of couples, but I wanted to hear from others about how they manage the vetting process online, and how they include their spouse in the process.
