We just tried SMI Vegas recently, our first time ever going to a swingers club….walking in there was a holy shit are we going to do this feeling, and even more so when we stripped our clothes off and walked to the pool area. Surprisingly it didn’t take long for things to feel pretty comfortable for us, to the point where we we were waiting for there to be more action. Soon enough people starting playing on their cabanas and then poolside, and without much hesitation I was going down on her by the pool while she was making out with another woman. We went to one of the play rooms after with a couple and had the best fucking session ever, it couldn’t have been more hot. It was all we could think about (and talk about) the next day, we had amazing sex the next morning and the day after.

Lessons learned: I am glad we talked about things plenty before we went, she was initially more hesitant than me and we didn’t take the plunge until we were both fully on board - it brought us closer together and to contrast if it was a rushed decision or not fully discussed it would have been awkward. Everyone discusses needing clear boundaries, that is even more apparent after our first visit - we had pretty clear boundaries going in that we weren’t going to play with other couples but even something like her making out with another woman felt unplanned (not necessarily negative in anyway)….in debrief we decided next time we do something like this we need to discuss even more potential situations so there are no heat of the moment decisions that are regretted.

The staff was absolutely great, they even found us some sun screen (we forgot, major oops), and an extra beer for me (it’s BYOB and we only brought vodka but they heard me say I wish I had a beer). The facility was clean, all the guests were welcoming. There were maybe 20 couples or so on a Saturday afternoon.

For all of those thinking about dipping their toes in the water - I want to say it’s awesome and don’t be scared, but that is for sure contingent on full communications and both parties being fully on board. Looking forward to what happens next!
