So my wife and I are still new to the whole scene, and we are trying to figure out how to handle and process the feeling of "so much going on" during those times. We have done a few play next to other couples and that was ok, and then we've tried a couple of MFM experiences and while they have been enjoyable for the both of us, the wife still carries the feeling of everything is very overwhelming and doesn't know how to mentally process everything going on.

She enjoys the moment, and enjoys the sensations, but struggles to fully let herself go mentally. She's constantly in her head about if I am enjoying myself, or if the other play partner is enjoying themselves. We joined the LS for the experience of doing things together, so I am trying to be as helpful as I can in trying to get her as much information as possible but at the same time not pushing her or forcing her past any comfort zones that she is not ready for.
