We have access to a small dining/social space in our apartment complex, and it looks like it would be a nice space for a meet and greet. There is a huge sofa, large dining table and chairs fully stocked kitchen w/ island, tv and sound system, and private bathroom. The limit for guests is 15.

We don’t have many lifestyle friends locally and are considering if hosting something small would be a good chance to meet similar people. However, there would no playing and it is not completely private from anyone walking past the glass windows in the space.

Have you been to or hosted anything like this? Would drinks and maybe some ice breaker questions be enough for activities? Can this be done with new people that we have invited online?
