I can't really perform well in front of others, am I screwed?

So we started this whole open marriage thing recently and it's been going well, but dipping our toes into swinging.
I have performance anxiety and hate doing anything while others watch.
More than happy to swing, but wondering if desperate rooms occurs that often? Like I kinda don't want to see what my wife is doing, and she doesn't either. But I feel like that could change once I get to know the couple a bit more.
