So we have had a couple of experiences with some friends and it has always been a no judgment situation. My friends always make the joke that Im both the biggest and the smallest in the group (dick size 1ish inches soft/9.5 inches hard). I have reservations about new partners judging before I get hard causing performance problems. What is the procedure for someone who grows so much like me and not having the initial laughter associated with it?
