I am trying to reach out to other couples that have been swinging for a while. How are you able to find others that will not flake or are who they say they are online?

Me and my husband have been swinging for months now and we are still having trouble finding people when we want to play. I understand it can be difficult in a certain area or time of the day but it can be frustrating when we are both horny for something but we are not able to act on that exact fantasy.
We also have trouble finding like minded individuals at sex clubs. We planned a meet up awhile ago at a club with another couple but they flaked.
I was just wondering if any other couples have this issue as well and what y’all do to help this situation.
