Just trying to understand why there are 3 clubs in the area but not a prominent scene that’s easy to find online. NoVA and PA seem to have a lot of active groups, events, hell even podcasters and their hanger-on communities but for some reason MD is a black hole for straight-up this what we do and where to find us groups.

While we can find communities that were active pre-Covid we can’t seem to find active communities in 2023 in MD. The heck is up with that? Where to turn our attention?

For the record we aren’t new to the LS and we’re active on the sites and some NoVa groups but haven’t explored the club scene here yet thanks to having young kids. We’ve just had no success penetrating the local scene. We find plenty of people out of state that want to meet up but next to none in state. Mostly just tired of traveling nearly 90 minutes to enjoy this hobby I guess, or pretending to be more in the kink scene than we really are.

Kink is good. Kink is great. But it’s not our focus. Any advice would be welcome. Baltimore based. Thank you
