There's not much out there about this party, so I wanted to leave something for the next person who is wondering. There isn't much to this review because we didn't have a noteworthy evening, but I just wanted to put it out there.

My wife and I went to Flirt last night. It's advertised primarily through their Instagram account, but is also on FetLife and weirdly Resident Advisor.

It seems to move locations, using rented houses. The address is provided after you buy a ticket.

The party last night was well attended, there were maybe 30-40 people there. Some people we talked to said other parties thrown by the same people have been much larger.

It's a standard house party set up with dancing/socializing in the living room, and bedrooms as playrooms. The music was okay, I just wish there was a space for dancing and a space for socializing so you don't have to scream at people. There's a cash bar.

People were dressed in standard "I'm going to a swinger party so I guess I'll wear this", meaning men could be at a nice restaurant or party and women in varying levels of revealing clothing, from normally clothed to fishnet body stockings.

We were among the youngest people there in our mid-30s.

The vibe was very much "swinger party in orange county in a rented AirBnB".

We left around 12:30am, unfortunately before any sex happened. There wasn't anyone who caught our eye and we don't live in the area so we had a long drive home and decided to call it early. The party advertises itself going to 6am, so I'd guess things really get going later.

Overall: Very "swinger". Crowd is older, all cis het. No mention of consent rules.

I'd probably go back if they threw a party closer, albeit with low expectations (which is really the best way to go to swinger parties anyway).

I wish there were a younger, queer friendly party in the LA area but my wife and I have yet to find it.
