How do you start the action?

Question to the more experienced couples, how do you switch from the normal conversation to the action? We are quite new to the scene, we invited a couple to come home for dinner (we know they are in the LS), and we would like to know how your dates usually start the action. We already ordered a set of fun dices and a card game, but we would like some guiding on how to bring the topic up. TIA
