Photo rant... why do so many do this?

Post Body

There is the no photos of the guys issue which is probably the biggest over all one.

Then comes old photos (not to be confused with deceptive photos using photoshop, filters etc).

But there is an offshoot of old photos that the older we get the more we see. Its the "guess which ones are current" or "watch us age" version.

This just happened today. Couple opens their photos, they have like 35. Not bad, definitely would like to meet, but there is one photo thats not like the others. I won't get into why its not important, but we all change. We've been swinging now 20 years, We've looked better and worse than we have now, but if we were this type of couple, all of our past bad ones would be purged, our good ones kept and just one or two current ones to not be "deceptive".

No one is having sex with past you, its current you and current us. Just be upfront, it makes it so much better for everyone, including you.

I've seen this different variation before. The couple currently is still attractive to us but uses photos when they were even more attractive. Now think psychologically. You meet a couple that would be interested in you but are now mildly disappointed and feel somewhat deceived. Thats a bad very first impression.

I've often joked we should use our worst photos so people who meet are pleasantly surprised instead.

And if you are one of these couples, and at least some of you are, there are a LOT of them out there, does this work?
