First Time Hosters

Hey lifestylers!
Wife and I are having our first 'double date' tonight since the pandemic started, and we're most likely going to end up back at our place, and we're PUMPED! We've had 2 other encounters in the lifestyle but haven't hosted before.
If all goes well, we'd really like to be excellent hosts so we can invite this couple back over again. Do you guys have any tips for hosting?
We have lube, extra sheets, tons of condoms, snacks, and drinks. Is there anything else you guys would suggest having available? What separates a good host from an excellent one?
