Question about timing

So my husband and I just got back into the lifestyle after being away for many years. We had her first successful threesome in a long time, which I'm of course thrilled with. Our gentleman came over about 4-5 hours after my last meal. I didn't want to have a bathroom visit interrupt the playtime so I chose to not consume anything else.
So my question is for my fellow ladies out there. When do you stop eating to reduce the number of bathroom breaks during your play sessions?
