I’m a 40M from QC, and I’ve been with my partner (34F) for a while now. Recently, we’ve been exploring our sexual boundaries, and I brought up the idea of trying a threesome. She didn’t reject the idea outright, and I’ve shown her posts and stories from others (bulls, unicorns, couples) that have had similar experiences, which seem to excite her even more during our intimate moments. However, she hasn’t directly answered when I ask if she’s ready or interested in trying it for real.

She seems to enjoy the idea in theory but avoids giving me a clear answer when I ask about moving forward with it. I want to make sure I’m approaching this with respect and ensuring she’s comfortable, rather than pushing her into something she may not be ready for.

Has anyone here been in a similar situation? Any advice on how to better communicate and create a safe space for her to express her true feelings about this? I’m open to suggestions on how to proceed without making her feel pressured.
