Are people open to playing games at swinger resorts?

My wife and I are both 39 and are looking to go to either SMI or EDR in Palm Springs late March. This will be the first time ever going to a place like this and we have no experience so we would like to ease into it. When talking with my wife she said she would be open to playing a game with others to help break the ice.
Games like spin the bottle or “truth or dare” or we have made our own game where you draw a playing card and either run or kiss the corresponding body part (depending on the suit and number of the card).
How might people receive an invitation to play a game with us? Is it seen as childish?
